(Ce)2 workshop is a joint initiative of CenEA and CeMMAP.

The 2016 edition of the workshop aimed at covering topics in microeconomic theory and microeconomic applications, in particular in the following fields:

- Cognitive and non-cognitive skills - Collective decisions and networks
- Design of efficient education and health policies - Information and communication
- Education, health and employment - Nexus between experiments and theory
[Ce2 Call for papers 2016]

In 2012 CenEA initiated the Keynote Lecture Series in Honour of Leonid Hurwicz as part of the WIEM Conference.

The 2016 lecture was given by
prof. James J. Heckman
(University of Chicago).
The 2016 Hurwicz keynote address was held in the afternoon of 28th June and was also a concluding event of the (Ce)2 Workshop.
