FROGEE workshop ‘Economic Perspectives on Gender Inequality’
Centre for Economic Analysis (CenEA) in cooperation with the Group for Research in Applied Economics (GRAPE) is organizing a FROGEE Workshop on different aspects of gender inequality. The workshop aims at bringing together economists conducting research on the topics of gender-based discrimination, the role of gender disparities in the functioning of the economy, and gender disparities in different socio-economic outcomes. During the event scholars at different stages of their career will have an opportunity to share results of ongoing research, obtain useful feedback and expand collaborative networks.
The workshop will be held in person on April 10 in Technopark Pomerania in Szczecin (Cyfrowa 4, building F2). The programme of the workshop can be found here.
The workshop is organized as part of the FROGEE initiative (Forum for Research on Gender Economics) with our FREE Network partners (Forum for Research on Eastern Europe and Emerging Economies; https://freepolicybriefs.org) and in cooperation with GRAPE. The event is supported by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
