Ce2 Workshop 2020 – EVENT CANCELLED

Due to the current travel restrictions and social distancing guidelines, we regret to inform you that this event has been cancelled.

 

 

 

 

 

(Ce)2 workshop is a joint initiative of CenEA and CeMMAP. The seventh edition will take place in Warsaw on 29-30 June 2020. The workshop aims at covering topics in microeconomic theory and applications, and will particularly welcome studies in the following fields:

Microeconomic applications:

  • Discrimination
  • Gender inequality
  • Human capital development
  • Inter-generational mobility

Microeconomic theory:

  • Bargaining, voting, power
  • Coalition formation and networks
  • Communication and information acquisition
  • Economic theory and experiments

Organization:
Only full papers will be considered (early versions are welcome). Authors will have 45 minutes for their presentation and they will be expected to discuss another paper presented at the workshop. The total number of presentations will not exceed 20.

Procedures:
There is no conference fee but participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation costs.

In 2012 CenEA initiated the Keynote Lecture Series in Honour of Leonid Hurwicz which concludes the Workshop and is an opening event of the WIEM Conference.
The 2020 lecture will be given by prof. Anna Aizer (Brown University).

The opening keynote lecture of the workshop will be given by prof. Daniel Hamermesh (Barnard College and IZA).
